Does not wrok as intended for cleaning up after pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a cat owner. I purchased this product for the ease of vacuuming up tracked litter and cleansing the floor. If anyone uses a clay bases litter this is not the product to buy. The wet make the litter all gummy and hard to clean out of trash container. Also pet hair gets clogged in the machine and has to be hand cleaned.

Doesn't eliminate the need to sweep then mop!

Second issue was the clean water tank would leak all of the solution while on the charging/wash platform. This would overflow the wash tray and make a huge mess flooding the floor. It kind of just wets the floor or pushes dirt and dog hair around but it doesn't clean anything. I spent more time cleaning the tank and the brushes than I did actually cleaning my living room. This doesn't work on high carpets, low carpets, or vinyl. I thought, maybe the product would work better if I got the different/extra brushes to go...

The ability to vacuum and wash at the same time makes cleaning easier and quicker. Not having to drag around a power cord is a tremendous convenience. I've used it to clean my hard floors, throw rugs, and some touch up cleaning on my carpeting. This thing is fantastic. Thank you, Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was alright when it was brand new. I really have not used it very much but now it leaks. I do not have to squeeze the lever to add water and it smells terribly. I think it smells because the roller is soaked and does not come clean enough.

Perfect for homes with pets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use it a couple times a week in high traffic areas and it is fantastic. It won't replace regular vacuuming and mopping, but it will keep a household with pets under control in between those cleanings. Does a great job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really tried to like this cordless dry/wet vacuum but I found I pulled out the old corded vacuum more often because it actually picked up my dog's hair. This CrossWave only picked up a little and I spent more time cleaning out the brush area and making a dirty mess. The wet vacuum just created a mound of wet dog hair stuck in the intake. I just don't know how it got top reviews.
