The battery life is awful

I have 4 cats and all LVP flooring, so I like the idea of a vacuum and mop combo to save me time. However, it doesn't do either all that well. Leaks dirty water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish it worked like it was supposed to, that would be a dream. Unfortunately, it leaks dirty water all over the place. All crosswaves leak so I would go with another brand. I had the original crosswave and it leaked as well. I thought it was just because it was an older model that it could be the reason for it but after having the cordless max I see that it is indeed just a crosswave problem in general.

only used once but it works

When the machine malfunctioned I was offered this product as a replacement and it is absolutely terrible. It does not clean the floors properly and after I am finished I need to go back over the areas with a mop or my Swiffer. Often times my swiffer does a better job. It is not light weight. Broke after two years but bissel made it right

Isn't worth the hype

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's terrible when used and the waste bin is full it gets emptied and starts back up nope not here after you clean out the waste bin it doesn't register it's been cleaned and keeps shutting off am blinking that it needs emptied I'm about to yeet it in the trash worst 249.00 I ever spent also it doesn't suck the water up like you would think it leaves piles of water on the floor beside it and if you turn it off when it does work everything leaks...

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum broke 2 years into use. The spraying function doesn't work. Now the water bin says that it's full all the time. I've kept it clean, tried all the at home "fix it" videos and nothing works. I have a Dyson normal vacuum and really appreciate a good vacuum. I've had that 1 for 8 years now, no issues. For the price paid on this one, I'm disappointed it only lasted 2 years. It was a good wet vac mop while it lasted.

Decent wet/dry vacuum

I would recommend it.However (it looks like they've fixed this with the omniforce vacuum), I wish it was a more powerful vacuum. Other than that,it's been a great tool in our household. We have kids but no pets.

You clean the mop more than it cleans your floors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing was a total waste of money. It does not clean the floors that well, and if you have pets- the clean up is a nightmare. You have to FULLY clean the entire mop after each use. That takes just as much time, if not more than mopping. The floors never really get clean, and the mop heads do not clean up well. Awful purchase, DO NOT BUY IT.
