If I had listened to the many reviews about the leakage and the streaks I wouldn't be regretting the amount I spent on my very first vacuum purchase. The machine actually operates absolutely outstanding as far as the cleaning it does. The problem is that it leaks and streaks REALLY BAD. Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this on laminate floors. I have 3 dogs. HUGE TIME SAVER! Use to vacuum & then mop. I can do all floors within 40 minutes. LOVE the self cleaning mode & that it came with extra roller & filter.

I used to vacuum, then mop, but I now have back trouble so I would vacuum one day & mop the next. This solved my problem. The only thing I don't like is the battery doesn't last longer. Overall great product for my needs.

Easy to operate and does a wonderful job, and the filter basket catching pet fur, etc. so you don't have to clean the water before sending down your drain. Great Feature! Additionally, remember to not buy a model that steams your wood floor. (My tip)

Great at keeping things manageable
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Cleans up new spills great! Stuck on stuff just needs a few passes. Being out in the country we get lots of dirt inside. This keeps it manageable. Doesn't replace my mopping completely but I have to mop less often!! So now my floors are cleaner more often.

Why didn't I buy this sooner
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissell Crosswave. I have 4 cats and you know how they throw up hairballs. I used to take the paper towels and trash can and clean it up. Now all I have to do is get out my Bissell Crosswave and it does all the cleanup for me. No more yucky paper towels and getting it on my hands. I don't know why I didn't buy one of these years ago. I also like that it cleans my area rugs. You won't be disappointed buying a Bissell Crosswave!

The floors dried quickly and the machine wasn't obnoxiously loud. I have a large area to clean so I wish it had a longer battery life so that I could get through the entire area in one pass versus having to charge halfway through (but I also like not fooling around with a cord LOL)
