Don't waste your money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after seeing commercial excited to save time from vacuuming and then mopping NOT! No matter what combo of the cleaners or brush still leaves haze and wheel marks on floor have to step 0n it to clean anything spilled on the floor no floor pressure for a good cleaning. Tried everything I could find from users to help wet first then go back over area sorry Bissell waste of 400+ dollars

I would not buy again

It would charge up and be doing fine and a few minutes later just stop and show a picture of dumping water. No water was hardly in it. Took it apart several times. It still did same thing. Returned it for a refund. I did better with my o cedar mop

I would return if I could

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband purchased this crosswave for me 2 years ago and i totally hate it. whether it is a deep clean or even light clean it just makes more of a mess. Streaks on my hardwood floor and in my previous home streaks on my tile floor. It is okay if you are using it to soak up a small spill or small area clean. but definitely not deep clean or for a house with dogs. And yes purchased replacement brushes and use the Bissell solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok...at first I didn't like it...the thing for me...it doesn't get close enough to the edge for me and the solution fragrance isnt strong enough...when I clean my floor I love to smell like its clean...wish the fragrance was stronger but other than those things...I LOVE IT and the purple is so beautiful

Leaves floors dirty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I shouldn't just mop with it and be able to wipe a paper towel right after and the paper towel comes up black. Very disappointing. I've tried everything I can think of but it just spreads dirt all over my floors more than it Cleans. Leaves dirty streaks everywhere.

I really wanted this for the tile area of my home. We have no small kids and one dog so not a lot of extra dirty areas. But I really wanted an easier and faster way to clean. We're able to clean our entire first floor (~1000 sq ft) on one charge, with only one clean water refill/dirty water toss. Our floors have never looked and felt so clean! And the best part for me, it leaves an amazing scent. We have animals and with a traditional mop, it would always smell like a "sweaty dog" when finished...gross! Not with this ...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with my purchase because of the price I got during prime day. Pros: Mops and vaccums well. Looks good and very compact. Cons: The liquid component is not well designed and straight up leaks. Every time you move over an uneven surface, the mop leaves dirty water behind so its almost like you're cleaning up after cleaning up. It does not handle edges well.

I would buy this product again and again!

I don't think my floors have ever been as clean as they are since we got this machine! I love it. As a disabled person, I just couldn't do the mop and bucket anymore. I can do a room with the CrossWave when I have the energy and know it's clean.
