Great, all in one product

Very excited to have it as I got new flooring put in that was waterproof steam/Matt back improve and this was the perfect steam and vacuum cleaner for my floor quick and easy one charge. I can do about three rooms. I clean the brush a few times while it's charging I clean a third room I highly recommend it it's worth the extra money. I haven't tried using it on my area rugs yet but I have gone over...

I would definitely buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my bissell crosswave. My floors haven't been cleaner. I love not having a cord. I do wish the battery lasted longer than 30 minutes. Even though it's 30 minutes, I would still choose the cordless.

Thanks for a wonderful product. When I get this one paid off I am getting the one with Steam the one above.

The motor is not stron and does not pick up the smallest dirt. When used on my area rug it pulls up so much pile that it get clogged and I have to empty it several times before Im done. Dirt gets every where when dumping and the machine gets dusty and I have to clean it every time I use it. More work than worth ha...

Your new favorite household tool!

Not to be dramatic but we have 3 dogs, a cat, an 8-year-old, a busy/active lifestyle and a baby that is crawling all over the floor. It has been very stressful trying to keep up with the floors until this thing entered our lives. It has revived our large living room area rug that I thought we was destined for the dump and our floors are smooth and clean. I highly recommend this product! #sweepstakes

I LOVE this Bissell!

I do think the area rug part is nice but that could be improved upon a bit. It never sounds happy about doing rugs.

The Bissell floor cleaning solution leaves floor clean and shiny. It actually mops/steam/vacuums in one action on the steamer control function. And if you only need to vacuum hard floor, it has that control to vacuum with or without water in the tank, to get up a quick mess. As others have said, it leaks dirty water as you are using it but that can be mopped up. Cleaning it is a bit tedious. My biggest complaint is the battery. I can only do half of the main level floor of my house before dies and needs to be recharged. I would gladly buy a backup battery if it was available but that doesn't appear to be ...
