Delivery of the Champion Seal kit
I ordered this item on-line (on 11/6) via direct to American Standard. No delivery in a week and a half. So, I called you and talked to Sue who was very helpful (on 11/17). She determined your system indicated "no movement" on that tracking number. She said she would re-order the item via "warranty order" and it will go out the next week (Thanksgiving week). I got the shipment via Fed Ex a day or two before Thanksgiving. Thank you, Sue!! Seal installed and works like a Champ (ion).

Gaskets are Trash
The last one lasted about a week. The previous one about 3 weeks. The one before that about 1.5 months. I am considering changing toilet to a Gerber or a Church and never buying any American Standard Products again. Since the Champion (sic) tank requires proprietary flush valves, AS could at least make a decent product.
