Would Not RecommendThe only reason I gave one star is that I was unable to give zero. Your website is one of the worst I've ever experienced for a commercial company. I don't care that you're doing a site upgrade; you run a parallel website so your customers can still order products. Whoever advises your webmaster needs to be fired.

American Standard Sucks
Works great so far. But why do I have to pay for an improved design when the previous flush valve design was defective and ghost flushed? In addition, why doesn't the latest flush valve come with the latest version of the flush valve seal? I had to buy the new red one because the updated flush value comes with the clear instead of the red. American Standard is horrible and I'm sorry to have been stuck with this brand.

Easy Fix to a Leaky Problem
These seals address a known issue with the Champion 4 flush valve leakage after a time. Replacing the seals was easy and now the flush valves don't leak at all.

Would Not RecommendThis is a flush valve seal replacement for the disaster American Standard Champion 4 W/C. Search the internet or read the reviews here and you will see the flush valve seal for this toilet is a complete train wreck. American Standard should be providing these gasket kits completely free of charge. Since they are not, I will never purchase another American Standard product again. Would Not Recommendnot exactly the item i expected, american standard, blue. what came was packaged as american standard but was in a different package than expected, color was red (material different?). i am not sure if it is a counterfeit item. The real american standard item pictured works much better than the "replaces" american standard often sold. I paid a premium for the real american standard product.

I did not use it. when the drop in tablet that was in the tank, dissolved the leaking quit. if the leak comes back i will have the seal to replace the damaged one.
