This is best investment for a family with seasonal allergies. We no longer experience symptoms!

Quiet & Efficient

We like our filter. It was easy to unbox & set up. It truly is whisper quiet. So far it is working smoothly & efficiently. At this time, the only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the air purifier & replacement filters are very expensive. But this seems to be a very high quality product. We hope it lasts a very long time.

Expensive filter that may or may not meet your needs

According to Alen, the filter should last 9 months to a year. Unfortunately, the original filter barely lasted 6 months. It was recommended by Alen for my needs.

This filter has been extremely helpful in reducing my husband's cat allergies. It also helps me appreciate how much different activities, like cooking, affect air quality, by changing color.

We have used our Alen 75i machine for about two years. We have found the high end, "odor" filter the most effective replacement filter Alen sells. We depend on our Alen air filter to clean the air in our bedroom quietly and efficiently.

I recently bought 3 of your filters for my home. To keep the warranties, I signed up for filter and pre filter services. I was charged and immediately shipped filters I expected to be sent in 3 to 6 months, when I’ll need them. Now I’m storing paid for pre filters and filters?????

Sadly, as soon as I changed the filter, the unit quit working altogether. And I changed it as soon as the red light came on. It’s fairly new, too, and this was it’s first filter change. Doesn’t seem right to give a one star rating when as far as I know, it had nothing to do with the filter itself!
