We love our purchase of the Alen purifier and the subscription to the air purifier filter

Strap Broke

Strap broke when I tried to get the filter out. Filter was stuck in the housing. Had to get a butter knife to pry it out.

Cooking odors resolve very quickly.

Cooking odors resolve very quickly. This is so nice because it handles it all automatically. Fan speed returns to a whisper as soon the odors are gone.

Pricey

I love these air purifiers but I feel the filters are pretty Pricey

this is a very good air purifier , had it a year now . a lot better air quality in home now . does the whole house fine 1400 sq ft.

The new 75i HEPA Filter I just installed is excellent.

Can't tell if it's working or not.

I've had 2 of these, both brand new. I also have the 45i too. The air quality lights are always on purple(worst air quality) and I don't know if the things are working or not because it NEVER shows my air quality is good. I gave it 2 stars because it's a well built machine.

Great filter for San Joaquin Valley air

Great air filter unit and. The charcoal filter gives me added confidence I'm getting better indoor air quality in the very dirty Central California valley I happen to reside.

We have had 5 units in our house for several years. We are very happy with them. They run continuously. When I change the filters it is amazing how much dirt they are collecting from the air.

Excellent filter, excellent company

I’ve been an Allen customer for a few years, with two of the BreatheSmart units, for which I order filters shipped at regular intervals. There has never been a problem with the filters and delivery has been flawless. They make ordering the correct filter quite simple.

A little too good?

Got our replacement filter on schedule, glad to have it. Only thing is, we hadn’t even used the last subscription shipment - the prior update was still going strong after at least 15 months if not more - not unlike how our first ever replacement after original purchase went well into the second year. We treat it pretty well, vacuum it out from time to time. The indicator just never turned orange - until last week. So, the older update sent out sometime in 2023 finally got to be installed, we’re...
