Rec'd 1st replacement 75i HEPA Filter via annual subscription - so only 1 yr of use of the unit so far - believe it's doing a good job ...

This filter keeps a lot

This filter keeps a lot of pet hair and dander out of the room. I like that it is cleanable on the outside of the filter.

Very good company to do business with air purifies themselves seem to work flawlessly and if not, they will replace it whenever and I’m glad to be doing business with them. I have subscriptions for filters I will keep them going. Thank you.

Just about install of new filter

The light on my unit told me to replace the filter soon. I replaced the filter and dusted the interior with a vacuum. But that cursed little light still glows and I can't turn it off. Pretty useless light if it never ever recognizes clean new filter. Verrrrry annoying. Filter function itself is okay.

A LOT of PLASTIC waste

A LOT of PLASTIC waste to go into the landfill. If I had known, the Alen experience would be like this, I would never have bought the BreatheSmart in the first place. In the future, I will not automatically get a new filter after one year but will wait until it is necessary to replace it.
