I have been using the Alan filter for years. For me it has been very effective.

Really impressive job.

After two years of use, we remain entirely pleased with the Alen air purifier in our home. It keeps down the dust, it handles the air cleanliness well and keeps odors from cooking at bay. When the Canadian wild fires were burning just over the border, this past summer, it kicked in big time, even with us keeping windows and doors shut. That showed us it handles much more than we're even aware of. The annual filter subscription is convenient and keeps the price stable.

Concern

I think your policy of not providing return shipping so used filters can have their plastic parts properly recycled is terribly irresponsible. Asking consumers to just trash the used filter so it's plastic can wind up in landfill for the next 500 years, or worse, in the ocean, is a prime example of a corporation holding itself unaccountable.

Very good air purifier, very complete program with the best customer service.

Because it works

My background is firefighting and hazardous materials response and have been aware of pm 2.5 smoke and chemical hazards for years. I have an AQI monitor in my home and the 75i works. We get some pretty heavy wildfire smoke here way to often and this machine and filter runs 24/7 in automatic mode and keeps the air safe in my house. I also have a T 500 with TF 60 HEPA filter just in case. I don't use it very often. This is not my first air filter system but it may be my last.

I live in a studio

I live in a studio apartment where sometimes I smell cigarette smoke, neighbors cooking, and a couple of occasions marijuana leaching under my door. Also, I cook alot and since I purchased the Alen BreathSmart 75i with the FRESH filter having it over 6months-ish I impress that it’s able to clear odors and dust effectively.

We have four air purifiers

We have four air purifiers in our house along with two dogs and two cats. Our air is clear and clean with no pet odors. As sunlight shines turn windows there aren’t any signs of dust particles dancing about as they use to. I am a double lung transplant recipient for six and a half years now and I haven’t experienced any issues do mainly because of our Alen units!
