This is a huge upgrade over the filter that came with my i75 unit. I figured that the stock filter was the best that was available for around 10 months (the entire time I’ve owned the unit.) However, I couldn’t have been more wrong. It now performs the way I’d expected it to when I first purchased it. In hindsight, I’d have bought this filter along with the unit if I’d known it was so much better at removing smells. Best air filters

We’ll I bought the wrong one but I sent it back and the rep helped me realize the mistake I was making with my current filter. I have two Alen air purifiers and could not live without them.

They are not cheap, but they work well for the entire six months and keep the air fresh and clean. We purchased the unit for odor problems we had with the tenant below and on setting 4 it worked fine. That issue is resolved, but we still love having it

Love the Alen BreatheSmart 75i w/HEPA Filter

We've had the Alen BreatheSmart 75i for 2 years and have used the HEPA Filters since the purchase. We change the filter out once a year, and we do vacuum the filter occasionally. We love the entire setup. It has made such a difference in our home. We live on a gravel road. This machine and filter has helped to keep the dust down. Also helps to keep odors from cooking to a minimum. It is very quiet too. Best system I've seen. Both myself and my husband are breathing better.

I have told you that I am unhappy with your fulfillment of the filter subscription. I tried to sign on for the regular replacement in order to get the lifetime guarantee, but I got, and had to pay for, two replacement filters right now, and, so, I have two filters and a new one coming in October 2024. I would like to return the 2 filters. And get a refund and leave in place to get a new filter at a discount in October 2024.

Runs quietly and on autopilot. Noticeable improvement in air quality. Seems like good hardware. We have had the unit for 45 days. Choosing filter media is a little confusing and costly.

Bombards you with emails.

I asked to be taken of their mailing list (have been bombarded since making a purchase on their website) a d it is simply disregarded. They continue sending emails.

Love this air filter! Hardly

Love this air filter! Hardly even have to dust with this filter in the house. There was a big wild fire in my area for which I had to evacuate for 4 days. When I came back in the house there was no smoke smell inside the house even though there was outside.
