Our shutters install on any surface: wood, vinyl, stucco, brick, or fiber cement. Clean with mild detergent/hose off. Includes 12 Presslok® fasteners for installation. Requires drill with 1/4 In. masonry bit. Made in the USA.

Called customer support twice to ensure that these were paintable. I was told to order white with the intent to paint them green. Used Sherwin Williams Resilience paint. Not stable after allowing to dry for one week. Peels off easily. Now I have a mess to deal with. Lowe's customer support really let me down!
