If you use the deep fill option, it doesn't really do a deep fill, and you have to fool the machine by putting towels that are soaked in water in first so the machine thinks it has a heavier load and adds more water. Furthermore, if you use the deep fill option, you cannot use that and have an extra rinse in the same cycle. You'd get to choose one or the other, either a deep fillll wash, which you have to fool, or a second rinse. I also found out that the vinegar on the second...

Great washer! Terrible Lowe’s install!
My wife and I bought our first home last year and purchased this LG washer and dryer from Lowe’s during our first week in the house. The LG washer has been excellent. Our regret is choosing Lowe’s installation service (performed by a third-party comtractor, Maersk). The installers were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Super quiet agitation
The owners manual is not specific to the model we purchased, so programming instructions did not apply. We can’t figure out how to silence the end of cycle chime, which is loud and lengthy.

I am so Happy with Buying LG Laundry Machines from Lowe’s at a great price, The Delivery Service was Fantastic keeping in touch on when Jhonn / Adrian would arrive from Lowe’s Mobile App, a nasty Storm was approaching and these two gentleman were so quick at getting both Machines prepped before bringing them up the stairs of my Brand New Home, I would highly recommend these two from Lowe’s , tested equipment, cleaned all packing debris, In and Out in a Half Hour, Big Thank You to Jhonn/Adrian!!
Washer was damaged during installation
Delivery personnel did not acknowledge any issues or problems. After looking at the front of the washer it has a severe dent in the front. See picture.
So far, very satisfied
Lives up to online reviews. Very easy to use. My GE washer only lasted 5 years. Hope I do better with this LG.
