Do not buy this terrible quality roller.

I had a roller shade that was torn so I needed to replace it. But the replacement is terrible. It isn't really room darkening - light passes through the shade. The bottom of the shade is flimsy plastic instead of wood so it bends. The top roller is also plastic instead of wood like my old one. It droops in the middle so the shade isn't flat

Inaccurate cut of the shade.

The employe making the cut had to use two cuts and he did not make the second cut properly. This caused the shade to roll up unevenly on the right side. Your policy does not allow for a return.

Perfect size!

I love the fact that these could be cut to a specific size at the store. I was happy with the price also.

Unfortunate

The purchased item was too short. I returned to the store 3 hours later and the manager told me I could not return the item since it was on clearance. There was nothing posted about this policy where I purchased the item or at the checkout, but I was directed to the return policy online. The manager offered to donate the items as he said he could not restock them. I don't mind a policy if I am made aware of it. It is really easy to make a pop-up on self-checkouts and would appreciate more help f...
