I went to our local Lowes store and helped my mom order vertical blinds at the end of October 2025...we are still waiting for the blinds to be installed and it's the end of December 2025. We chose to install through Lowes. The installer came and was doing a great job, but when it came to the final 2 blinds there were 7 brackets missing and he could not complete the job. Finally, just yesterday (around a month later) a small box was delivered with brackets, but then my mom received a message from...
