Good installation
The product is exactly what we were replacing, which is fine. Guillermo was a good installer, even if a bit slow on setting up the installation appointment. I was disappointed Lowes didn't automatically give the credit for the measurement deposit on the final bill. I had to go back to the store to inquire about that, but it was credited.

Poor craftsmanship and poor quality.
Had already been disappointed with the level of light these blocked but then the tilt mechanism broke after only about five months. After it broke and I looked at the pieces and you can see a hole in the middle from poor molding. Literally the most critical piece in the assembly has an air gap in the material at the connection point.
