Cracked after install

I purchased this and I bought six of this pillars. After installing and only a few weeks later, they all cracked. My purchase history will show they were purchased. see photo of the one. What can we do to rectify this as they are already all installed? Please make sure that I can easily see your response. I spent $960 dollars on six posts along with labor to install. I put under correct account so you can see the invoice showing purchase.

I bought six of these and they look real nice but.......after only three week, they all have cracks. I only downloaded one photo as I don't have the patience to download all six lol

Wonderful concept when faux painted

We ordered these to cover our front porch columns. They were almost fluorescent yellow when we opened them! The texture and shape of the stone was good. I faux painted them with various exterior spray paint to match my existing stone on my house. I also used a small touch up brush and added more color for a more natural look. Although a lot of work, it looks really good now!

Deck Post Sleeve

I loved the look and feel of this product. However it wasn't what I needed. I will return and try to order a cover over an existing post

Different Coloring than Pictured!

Although these post covers are a great concept & they do have the feel & texture of real stone, the beige are not the same color as pictured! We ordered these and upon opening discovered they very much have a golden yellow cast to them. They do not have the nice natural coloring and shading like pictured in advertisement. We returned before leaving the store.

Great look!!!

Absolutely love these. They are a little pricey, but worth every penny. I used them on my front deck and they were the perfect accent to make a great curb appeal.
