Service in the Somerset Kentucky store is awful 😢

Material was what we expected, it would be nice if we could get some assistance in the Somerset Kentucky store to help with what we need to install the product. We have been there 4 different times, waiting for 1 plus hour each time and to no avail no assistance ever received.

Might be too heavy for glue

Seemed too heavy for ceiling use if gluing. Pattern was nice

This ceiling plank sample actually does have a woven texture to it. after seeing it and feeling it I'll probably choose something else

Ordered several of these ceiling plank samples but this one came slightly chipped. Might be due to the painted surface. Was still good to view the color and texture of the sample plank.
