So Sharp!

This makes my past two cleavers look like butter knives! It makes all my chopping so much easier. I do wish it were a bit heavier, but I'd rather have sharpness than weight. Now the only question is how long will it stay sharp, and how will things go after sharpenings.

Loving my twins

Great Knife!

I immediately opened the knife and went about chopping some vegetables. It's well balanced and weighted just right to allow it to blast through everything I tried it on. I thinks this is going to be my new favorite.

This cleaver is the real deal
