Perfect weight & balance with just the right curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the weight of this cleaver - it does so much for me as the gravity just chops away ingredients with ease. I love that it's not ridiculously large or heavy that I'm tired from using it, but also hefty enough so it has all the benefits of a cleaver. The slightly curved edge gives me an option to roll as a cut if I need to, but I can easily just chop up/down too.

The lightest cut I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this clever for my new apartment and I used it to cut thick layer of meat and it was effortless. It felt like I was cutting air. Highly recommend if you cut through bone a lot. This will save you so much time and effort.

Best Vegetable Cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always seen Chinese chefs using these knives for all their cooking and thought it would be amazing to try one. I have always used a regular chef knife for all my cooking, but then I tried my new vegetable cleaver and was amazed at how much fast and easier I could do my prep work. Such an amazing knife.
