Excellent Quality and Razor-Sharp!

Excellent quality! The knife feels very well-made, sturdy, and comfortable to hold. The blade is extremely sharp and cuts through meat, vegetables, and fruit effortlessly. You can really feel the difference in quality compared with cheaper knives. Zwilling definitely lives up to its reputation. Highly recommended!

Beautiful knife at a great price point!

Beautifully made. This new knife is taking a little while to get comfortable with as I've never used a wide bladed "cleaver" type knife before but it is sure nice to "scoop-up" my chopped veggies and add them to the pan/pot. I have other Zwilling kitchen/tradition chef's knives and they are my workhorses. Used daily for years. They are well balanced, easy to "touch-up" with a steel and have never stained/corroded. I expect this new knife with be just the same!

Very Sharp!

I've been really impressed with this knife. It's incredibly sharp right out of the box, feels lightweight yet sturdy, and makes chopping vegetables quick and effortless. The wide blade is also great for scooping ingredients off the cutting board. Overall, it's a high-quality, versatile knife that's comfortable to use and well worth the investment. We got this for our wedding shower and it was great!!!!!

Best Chinese Cleaver You Will Ever Need!

However, the Zwilling Twin Signature Chinese Cleaver is hands down the best I've ever used. It's sharp, light, can pretty much cut through any veggies and meats you throw at it.
