Zinsser BIN Sealer - odor killer

Zinsser BIN rolled on the floor easy, dried quickly and killed the cat urine odor. I would use it again but hope I don’t need to.

Needed to cover up some pet stains after bleach/cleaning, goes on thick, 1 coat is plenty

B-I-N primer

This primer is excellent for applying a coat over laminated wood. It allwoed me to paint a rather large piece of furniture without having to sand it. I'm a little surprised at how thin it went on but it did not effect it's results. Will use again and definitely recommend.

MUST USE

Never start a paint project without starting with this primer!! Best ever

Covers really well. A little thin so don't overload the roller. Otherwise great product.

As advertised

Took a little over a gallon to cover 250sqft on the first coat. Less than half on the second. Works like a champ...sealed in a horrendous cat urine odor.

hides smells, if you can survive applying it

great stuff for covering nicotine stain and animal smells, but I recommend wearing a respirator specifically for VOCs and fumes. at the very least open windows and use a fan.

Good quality fast drying stain blocker

Bin is the best there is for blocking resin bleed through. Bin is alcohol based, so it is very thin and dries quickly. It is a bit more expensive than I would like, but the quality is there - so I’m willing to spend the extra.

Bathroom Primer

I used this to prime over semi-gloss paint in a bathroom. The primer adhered very well and the final paint did not peel

I tried several different stain blocking primers on my stained wood ceiling panels and none of them worked. My neighbor mentioned this product and said it worked wonders back in his painting days. He was not kidding, it worked great! It has a high alcohol content so make sure you have a respirator and ventilation. Unfortunately I was in an airtight room and the safety gogle I wore were not adequate. My vision was hazy for about 45 minutes after flushing with water. So please wear proper gear! Ot...
