Would RecommendThis primer dries quickly, cleans up with mineral spirits, and sands well. It’s the original formulation, not the new Low VOC one, which is a crazy and terrible combination of drippy and sticky that you would think would be impossible to create.

Would RecommendExpensive, but definitely sealed in all smoke and pet stains in the house. It's really thick primer, so be sure to use a larger nozzle if you're applying it with a sprayer.
