Improve the quality

The temperature dial is not very well placed, after 2 days some of my produce froze on bottom shelf of ref. and could not find air control. The plastic used will never last. The shelf on freezer door is a poor design, the bags can easily fall thru the bottom. Both doors have to be pushed shut. My old GE lasted 22 years, I will be lucky to get 5 with this ...

Nice, but the door handle breaks

We've had this refrigerator for seven years, now. Overall, I'm happy with its performance - it's quiet and has been reliable. The ONE thing that irks me though, is the use of plastic in the door handle. Both the original door handle AND a replacement handle have broken. (Not the handle itself, but the horizontal piece that attaches the top of the handle to the door.) Frankly, we are simply not hard on things and I believe this to be a design error. Issues with Temperature Control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchase this refrigerator two weeks ago and have issues with the temperature in the refrigerator and freezer. If we maintain the temperature in the freezer at 0 degrees, the food in the refrigerator is frozen. if we increase the temperature in the refrigerator, the freezer is too warm. This is totally unacceptable. We have a technician coming next week to look at the problem

Appaling low quality

Bought this refrigerator to replace a 20 year old Whirlpool of the same size and configuration. Unfortunately we did not look at the fridge in the store, they did not have a floor model. Keeps temp and that is about it.

Bought this in April, Now December and replacing broken handle. Ergonomics are poorly designed. I am a 6'2 and everything is way low, Top shelf has a control panel running down the middle not allowing for tall bottles to placed there. you loose 4 inches of functional prime real-estate on the top shelf. Decent size. First day issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fridge has good space. It’s pretty deep. However since day one it’s had a lot of precipitation in the fridge portion. This has lead to excessive puddles almost daily. Additionally the freezer does not produce ice. Instead it has just poured water into the ice bin. Not an ideal start to a brand new appliance.

33-inch Wide Top Freezer Refrigerator

The compressor consuption is arround 70W, vs. 100W with the old Whirlpool 20.3 cubic feet refrigerator. In the de-frosting mode the power consumption is 170w vs. 335w in the old model. Great!

refrigerator as a new replacement

Bad Freezer Seal

Nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about a month or so ago and had to have a replacement soon after I received it.. Water kept dripping down the back wall. However the replacement is doing the same thing. I found a puddle of water on the top shelf of fridge. Need to have a service man come and inspect it. This is not what I expect from a brand new fridge. Its obvious its cheaply made. Would not recommend this Whirlpool refrigerator.
