Lots of shelf room

Why is the whirlpool logo placed in the middle of the freezer door when all other ones of the same model including the picture of our new one sent with this review ,is in the upper right corner of the freezer door ! of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator died and I bought the same model as a replacement. I like the look of the appliance, it's the right size for my kitchen and I like the layout of shelves and freezer. It suits my needs well.

Great BUT ...

However 2 complaints are: 1 - Refrigerator is very low so I have to bend down to reach inside to get things. 2 - Refrigerator temperature is difficult to read and the manual does not explain which way is a higher or lower temperature.

Could Be Better

The overall interior design of the shelves & space on the doors are very spacious for our use. The storage containers are wider than our previous Whirlpool (lasted 30 yrs) which means I am able to store all of our bottles of sauces, dressing, & jams. Plastic part of the handle does not last!!!!

I bought this in January. The plastic part of the handle broke and was replaced in July under warranty. The handle broke again and I have to pay for the handle. The top plastic part of the handle is cheap plastic and does not hold up.

DWW Whirlpool Fridge

Maybe I should have bought something else

Not sure I would have bought it if I had checked it out or read some honest reviews. The fan runs almost constantly & the wife complains about the high-pitched noise. Disappointing unit

Problems began 1 year after purchase when the freezer LED stopped working. A year later the freezer/refrigerator temps couldn't be balanced and a service call determined the Secure System (compressor, evaporator, condenser) was failing. Whirlpool refused any repair consideration with the unit being out of warranty. Poor quality control, and I will not replace with a Whirlpool product.

They need to give more time to write

What’s with the Brand nowadays?!!’

Beginning to not trust The brand anymore when in have always Purchased it in the past!
