never worked from day one

Satisfying, nice replacement fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WRT511SZDW Is a nice smaller, above basic fridge. Great LED lighting with color just slightly on the blue side but not horrible. Door storage is copious with flexible bins. All bin plastic is on the thin side but gentle handling will help longevity. Our door seals fit tightly and temperature is nice and cold.but allow at least 3 days to adjust to your environment before adjusting up or down. Whirlpool Refrigerator freezer 21 cu ft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance is very noisy! High pitched whine almost constantly! Very annoying! Poorly designed shelves on inside of freezer door. Food packages slip out the bottom of shelf!

Love that it’s a little larger than our old refri.

issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the refrigerator works fine with no issues, the freezer shelf pulls out of the brackets connected to the wall enough to let the shelf bend. We had the new refrigerator looked at by a repair person and whirlpool decided to replace it. The new one has the same issue. Seems to be a design flaw.

Very good refrigerator

Took many months to get the original refrigerator, and when it arrived it have a huge dent in the freezer door right out of the box. So it was taken back. Took a few more months to get a replacement, and it has a 6" diameter area caved in on the freezer door in the same place as the original refrigerator. Big fridge, simple and useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator runs quiet and cools efficiently. We find the shelves a little hard to use--especially in the doors. They are designed for larger containers than we typically use, and, in the freezer, things like bags of frozen veggies slip around and threaten to fall through the cracks.
