Not sure if it will work when I need it

It took ten to fifteen pulls to start the first time. Quit after 30 minutes for no reason. Had to restart it. Worked fine till I shut it down after 45-60 minutes,

Great Little Generator

Started easily on propane (3 Pulls) first startup. Ran my refrigerator, TV, and house lighting with no problem

quick start- single pull

Great generator for my 23-foot travel trailer. Starts easily and runs quietly. Very light weight. quality construction. I ran it through the break-in period changing the oil several times. The process of draining and refilling the oil is easy to do. This is a good choice and good value for my travel trailer needs. I strongly recommend this generator.

Lightweight

Lots of power for a lightweight unit. Easy to put oil in. Easy to hook up to propane tank.

Never worked properly

I previously wrote a positive review so that I could get the cover. We have only been able to get this thing actually going 1 time and only with gasoline. Its reasonably quiet and I thought it would work out great but I was wrong. 1- we specifically bought this model for its duel fuel capabilities. We planned on primarily using it with propane. When we tried to test at home it wouldn't work. It appeared the regular was faulty. We called westinhouse and they agreed to send us a "new" regulator....

Quick and easy setup!

I bought two of these units. They are easy to setup: they give you exact oil amount and your running! Did have bad regulator for LPG out of the box but going to test their warranty now and get that swapped out!

nice little unit for camping and quiet

I bought two of these as to buying one Honda. Hoping my that the dual unit system covers any larger needs.

Good Generator

Tested and seems to work as advertised. Pulling the chord to start the generator was a bit hard for a smaller female.

I bought this generator in July 2025 and have been using it without issues so far.

Good support - must open vent on fuel cap

I contacted the company with questions about the manual and received good, clear answers within a day or two. The page in the manual with instructions about starting the generator neglects to mention that the vent must be open on the gasoline tank cap even when propane is being used instead of gasoline. Also, they clarified that references to a gasoline "fuel valve" (which is not shown on any of the panel diagrams in the manual) should instead be understood as meaning the "fuel selector switch...

Light weight & useful

Everything in the description is as described. It is light weight and adaptable dual fuel for either gas or propane. The instructions are pretty straight forward. I see it as a viable back-up for emergencies or travel.

Quality Product

Just purchased and haven't tried out as yet. However, the build quality appears to be very good. The instructions are well documented along with any maintenance/safety procedures and even arrives with a detailed parts breakdown if you ever need a replacement part. As long as it operates as intended, I will be a very happy customer.

Great little generator.

Bought thisgenerator to use with our camper and to power the essentials at home when power goes out. I like the fact that it is an inverter generator and is dual Power. Easy to use.

iGen2550DFc Portable Dual-Fuel Inverter Generator

Initially I purchased a larger Inverter Generator (130+ lbs), but quickly realized that I would be better served by having 2 smaller, portable units for my RV usage (43 lbs). Reasonable noise level. Also very helpful for home usage during power outages. Quite versatile and convenient. Can be carried back on my property to run equipment away from the house.

We bought this for a trip to Glacier NP and it seems to be working out great so far.

Great for camping and quiet

I've had this unit for a few months and love it. Easy to start (make sure you have the fuel supply selector in the correct position!) and very pleased with how quiet it is while in Eco mode (engine/gen speed adjusts to load). Highly recommended if 2KW is all you need. Relatively easy to lug around for 2KW gen-set at 44lbs. Fuel draining is pretty convenient just pop off the side cover (no tools) then loosen the drain line at the carb bowl (phillips screwdriver) and supplied drain line is enough ...

Not dependable

Bought 1 after a month it stopped running. Took to a dealer and the factory replaced it. The new one they sent worked one day.Now it stops running after a few minutes of use. Restarts but stalls again after a few minues.

So far exceed expectation

Easy setup and fired up after filling up engine oil. Surprisedly quiet and light weight.

Miserable experience and 2 days wasted so far

I wanted to run with propane, but tried many times and with two tanks, reconnecting, choke, no choke it wouldn't start. Gas didn't seem to be coming out of the regulator. So next I tried with gas and it ran easily. Except it stops. Usually after 15 minutes to 4 hours. I've now spent about 2 days and 2 tanks of gas. First it seemed to stop only with eco. Then normal mode stopped. I tried running with a loose cap to make sure there wasn't a vacuum problem, etc. Sometimes the low oil ligh...
