Bought on 4/10/2020 trigger stopped working 4/11/2020. Wagner will not honor the two year warranty. Used this machine no more than a dozen times. Stand behind your products!!

Very Messy for Wallpaper Removal

This steamer works great when it steams but my experience has been mostly water squirting out of the nozzle instead of steam regardless of how long it heats up.

Broke in 17 months

I admit I loved this....I steam cleaned two rooms only once per month, total of about 3 hours each time. But this morning, Wagner died on me...it began smoking and smelled horrible, an electrical smell. I expected it'd catch fire so I shut it down and got rid of it. I do like this but expected it to last WAY longer than less than 1-1/2 years. My friend has a Polti steamer that she's used for decades.

It works.

It works. I will never understand why power cords aren't long enough. I hate having to scramble looking for an appropriate extension cord. Couldn't get the filler cap off after third use.

Great Multi-Use Steamer!

Previous steamers that I have used require a lot more effort and time to clean bathroom grout. Easy and effective

Using this steamer removed all sorts of stubborn stains on inside walls and glass. I even took apart the doors and cleaned both sides of each piece of glass. The results made the oven look new again. The best solution for serious cleaning

Grill owners will love the included cleaning kit + additional pads for the attachments. An extension nozzle is needed when you need to clean the bathroom and toilet. Useful and worth trying

Portable Powerhouse!!

I used distilled water as my area has pretty hard water that might damage the steamer. Great tool to remove wallpaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Tool to remove wallpaper thanks to the attachments that come with it. Small but powerful to get the job done with other tasks also. Small brushes of different types come with and are stored in a covered container on the front top of the steamer. You can also increase the length of the wand or shorten it depending on the job at hand. Very helpful for many different jobs you may have.
