Great Purchase

I use this steam at work and at home and I love it..

The product has great features and attachments

I have used the machine twice and have been pleased with the results. Got the grout in my floor bath tiles clean again. Also worked well on the shower doors. Since I have vinyl in my kitchen, dining area and hallway, the one cleaning rag provided was not enough to do the job all at once without rewashing several times. Other than the above issue, so far I'm pleased with the product.

This product exceeded our expectations.

We would not hesitate to purchase the 915 steamer again.

A versatile steam cleaner for inside and out!

I've tossed my cleaning bottles and am using the Wagner 915 to clean everything from my BBQ and shower tiles to windows and stove top. It's easy to carry around the house, has a long hose, lots of accessories and 45 minutes of steam time. I'm hooked!

Pretty good

Could use a longer electrical cord & include more than one cleaning pad. A trigger lock would also be nice as would a way to vary the output of steam with the trigger. Otherwise quite good!

best grout cleaner!

Why isn't this product marketed harder? No more grout scrubbing! We bought this little machine hoping it would work on the dirty, old, worn grout throughout our house (all tile). The 915 exceeded our expectations! The only thing I can assume is that the grout cleaning companies pay Wagner to not push this product! If it works this good on our tile, we are going to find a LOT of other uses for it!

Excellent product

Just purchased. Used it once to clean my tile floors and I found it did an excellent job. Light weight and easy to handle. Only draw back is a very short electrical cord.

wow!! Zippididoodah

I gotta tell ya this bad boy works like a dream. It come with all the attachments to do about anything you might want. It comes with a nice wallpaper attachment. I love the trigger on the handle. All attachments just snap in. One thing I did notice, If you fill to the reservoir to the top after its ready to use some water comes out the spray end. I just held it over the sink for a min. and it cleared quit that. The steam was coming out great. Did a fantastic job. Cheers

This product is versatile

My 915 worked well on several cleaning jobs. Cleaning top of stove, cleaning ceramic tiles and it removed stains from my carpet. The grout cleaning did require a lot of "elbow grease" but it got the very dirty grout clean. I wore out the nylon grout brush. I'm happy I bought the 915.

DOES NOT DO OVENS BUT WORKS ON OTHER STUFF~

I HAVE USED THIS STEAMER ONCE SINCE I GOT IT. I CLEANED BOTH BATHROOMS, TILE GROUT IN SHOWERS, KITCHEN SINKS AND FAUCETS . I USED IT TO LIGHTLY REMOVED DUST FROM ARTICLES HANGING ON MY WALLS AND SILK FLOWERS. I USED IT ON CRACKS AND CREVICES IN THE KITCHEN AREAS THAT OTHER CLEANING ITEMS CANNOT GET TO. THE RED LIGHT DOES COME ON OFTEN, BUT QUICKLY REHEATS AND GOES BACK OFF IN A SHORT TIME . IT DOES NOT CLEAN OVEN INTERIORS, SO IF THAT IS YOUR PLEASURE, DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE. I HAVE FOUND THAT ...

this product isnt what i figured it would be

I bought this steamer cause of the ratings and because it was a Wagner product. When it came I was so excited I started cleaning or trying to clean my bathroom, I put the water in and waited for it to turn green then I started to clean and the amber light came on again then I waited again and started again and it lasted about 2 minutes and it came back on again. I"m not so happy now. I hope I just got a advected one and me and customer care can figure this one out.

So far - sooo good!

Bought this to tackle rug area near baseboard - good results but I have also done bathrooms, kitchen, floors, appliances and today will be up doing kitchen ceiling. Love the long reach, quick heating. I have no regrets and wonder what I did without it.

Steams wallaper,plus.plus,plus!!

I was worried this multi-task tool would'nt do one job well,I was very wrong! Stripped wallpaper with ease(love the trigger),after that I had to clean Z-brick with 20 years of kitchen grease,it handled the job,with a 409 pre-soak. Very Happy,thanks Tom

Good cleaner

This product has targeted applications. Your brochure gives minimal information, especially as to the green and amber light features. I found the light turned green when ready, then it switched to green/amber after short use. I finally realized that the amber light activates, when the unit is not in use e.g a short stopping of the steamer. It would also help is there was a water eye level to se the water contents.

Very good product for residential use

Have used steamer for cleaning floor tile and grout in our home. Works fine. Not strong enough for the driveway or garage floor, but it was not designed for that type of use. works great for tile and grout in our home.

If you love clean ,you will love this

I got the steamer for my birthday,at first sight I fell in love, the best gift ever,I am addicted to steaming ,everything looks and feels so much cleaner ,you can clean almost anything and no bad chemicals ,every one should have one ,if you have a neat freak in you life that does not already have one this is the perfect gift !!!!(love it !)

It broke after 1 use

Got about 20 minutes out of it and it hasnt powered on since

Great Machine for preice

I purchased the Wagner 915 to clean the grout lines in my house. When the machine is up and running, it does a fantastic job at cleaning the grout. Ground in dirt comes out fairly easy. You do have to use a bit of "elbow grease" to help in the process, but not much. I also used the machine to clean the glass in our stand alone shower. The squeegee attachment worked great! I also intend to use it to clean off the brake dust on my car wheels and clean our finished garage floors, but have not yet. ...

Works Perfectly

Had the steamer for about 3 years now. Its never out of a job. Works like a charm.

Great for Cleaning windows

I used it for a various items and it definately works better for some jobs than others. Loved it for cleaning windows. Good for: wallpaper removal, faucets and Fixtures, window cleaning, stove. Not good for: Cleaning grills or car wheels.
