Great Product!

Got this about 2 months ago. Have cleaned walls, Shower glass, tile floors. WOW what a difference. Does a great job on grout. Glad I got it and will be using it a lot. Well worth the money. Wish I had gotten it sooner. Can't wait to use it on cars.

I love this steamer!

Does Not Work

I'm not sure how everyone is giving this a 5, unless the bad reviews are being filtered out. The hose leaks water everywhere, and it now will not spray at all. I did use it several times, and it was wonderful, but now it won't work. It can't possibly need to be descaled. I've only used distilled water; I've unkinked the hose; and done every other troubleshooting trick. Very disappointing.

Impressed!

I purchased the steamer to clean a floor of penny round tile with white grout. Steamer exceeded my expectations and did a great job! I highly recommend.

Puts out steam

I bought this to clean my grill in between uses for all the oil splatter. It puts out good steam but doesn't take off the black stains from previous uses. It takes 9 minutes to start steam. Only use distilled water so buy a couple of gallons. It holds 46 oz. of water. I used 32 and spent 20 minutes on the grill and didn't use it all. I can't wait to use it on my windows!

Addictive

I can't believe I have lived so long and didn't know about steam cleaning. Yes, one pitfall is addictive cleaning! I've done a huge carpet that was a hand me down, my oven, my windows, and am waiting to see how well it worked on a worn out basement floor where my cat has peed on and off for years! Easy to use and guidance for using the appropriate extension cord spot on. I have many more projects but I am sure the little cleaner will hold up to its reputation. Outdoor furniture, door knobs and touch points

We purchased the steamer to use on surfaces that are touched by people out by our pool. The pool is rented out and this steamer helps us to clean and sanitize touch points between rentals. It replaces wiping down surfaces with sanitizing wipes.

Works great!

I bought the steamer primarily to remove wall paper that dates back to the 1950s. So the paper is really thick and has lots of glue behind it. The walls are the old style plaster applied to small wooden slats and it is very gritty on the surface. This steamer does a great job, without getting the floor all wet, removing the paper without my worrying about gouging the plaster. The paper literally just peels off the plaster. This product was exactly as advertised and has a very long (helpful) hose to the tool you're using. The warm-up time is not really long and you get a good working time with a tank of water! I was very pleased with my purchase; it was quality like you'd expect from Wagner!

Despite regularly putting flea meds on the dog and cat, for some reason we had flea-pocalypse. Rather than bomb the house, I went for treating the pets, confining them to the living room, and vacuuming and steaming daily. Best Steamer Ever

I bought this to remove some wallpaper that was 43 years old and was put up directly over unpainted wall and joint compound. The steamer made an impossible job, possible. The steam did soften the joint compound and I did make some pretty deep gouges in it, but I was expecting worse. I reapplied the joint compound, primed and painted the walls and they turned out great. The small, round tip was perfect for getting into tight places where the steamer box would not fit. It works

Used the steam to clean up my beds and mattresses. It does take a little bit getting used to. As this was our first steamer. Overall, the experience was good.

Don’t be fooled by its size!!

This machine steamer is amazingly good for it to be a small tank body that hold the water.. My husband loves it!!
