Beware Wagner

I bought this on clearance as a return. Upon first use the "steam" was chill enough to run my hand under at the tip. It wouldn't clean or sanitize anything at that temp. I contacted Wagner and they refused to warranty or repair since they considered the clearance item used. I won't buy Wagner again.

Missing Straight Adapter

Cannot use without Straight adapter...not sure where to get part...

Awesome Tool

I didn't get this to remove wallpaper, but for cleaning grout, stoves, and other hard-to-clean surfaces/items. I wish I would have gotten one years ago. It has simply changed how I clean. The effort to clean things that were seemingly impossible to get clean, is a breeze with this steamer. The many attachments make this tool very versatile. I highly recommend it to everyone I meet now.

915e Power Steamer

This is an okay device. It is not a magic wand for cleanliness. I purchased this to clean grout in a shower, it improved the look but did not clean it like I thought it would. I will say it had plenty of steam and its performance was great. For general cleaning I would give it better marks. I am going to try it on the oven next but have not gotten to it at this time.

Overall Handy Machine

So far I’m pleased with the steamer. Seems to put out a good amount of steam. So far have only used for cleaning and it’s done well. Will add to review as i use more.

Stopped heating in second room

Too expensive to be this flimsy and unreliable. Stopped partway through second room. Good idea, poor construction.

Cheap

I really like the wagner 915. I ordered a new one and got a 915e. It's scaled down, smaller. The handle is very uncomfortable. If I can order the wagner 915 please show me where. I pay a higher price for a much cheaper product. Please bring back wagner 915. The 915e is half the size. It's deceiving when you order..Looks the same but definitely is not.

It worked great for about 2 weeks

I got the steamer for Christmas and loved using it to clean our tile floors. The plastic lid broke almost immediately but no big deal. I liked the way it worked and all the attachments. About the 4th time I used it no steam would come out. The unit was heating, I didn't overfill and the line wasn't clogged. I called tech support but none of their suggestions worked. I have about 45 min of use on it so shouldn't be a descaling problem. It is definitely heating and I wait for the green light. Not ...

Wagner steamer does not deliver as promised.

I purchased this item to use for stripping wallpaper. I found it to be extremely frustrating to continually have to deal with the surge of water each time you squeeze the trigger. The water reservoir is small and has to be refilled often. After dealing with the mess for a couple of hours and not seeing a true benefit, I packed it up and have not used it since. I would not recommend this unit for removing wallpaper. I expected more from Wagner. The shipping took longer than suggested as well so ...

WAGNER STEAMER IS A Winner!

Much more than just for wallpaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The On-Demand Steamer was very easy to set up and use. We started with wallpaper removal in our bathroom. The unit heated up in less than nine minutes and was ready to go. The steamer loosened up the paper pretty well and made removal much easier. Great household product for the home

I had a plastic strap that melted on top of my heat shield. I removed the shield started process with the steam it was breaking up the melted plastic and also was getting it soft, I used a steel brush to start removing. Great for steaming multiple items

We also steam cleaned the tile in the master bathroom. The instructions are detailed and simple. I am a novice at using machines like this and had no problem getting it running

Good machine for the money

We use this machine in the carpet cleaning world. We use to lift and release furniture impressions embedded in carpet.
