Be careful to empty before storing!

I loved this and got lots of use from it last year. I took it out to use yesterday after several months and it failed to deliver steam after about 2 minutes. . I let it cool overnight and flipped it over to drain the water. I all came out dark gray. Obviously, the tank corroded during storage. I wish there had been a warning to store it empty. Good Tool, but Somethings Can't Be Made Easier

I purchased this tool for two purposes: cleaning grout and removing wall paper. At a recently purchased home the grout was in need of cleaning and repair. I tried scrubbing the grout with both an expensive grout cleaning agent and 3% hydrogen peroxide. With a lot of effort these materials cleaned the grout adequately. Great Unit

I bought the steamer to remove paint protection film from vehicles. Did a fantastic job, but occasionally ran low on steam. Not being a professional unit, it is understandable. It did rebuild steam again quickly and didn't slow the process much. A great unit!

The steamer works well but the wallpaper attachment broke before we finished the project. It was a bit too flimsy. Also, I cannot figure out how to open the storage compartment and there are no instructions about this.

Functions as advertised

I bought this specifically for its wallpaper removal tool. It functioned as advertised and I consider the money well spent. Since then I have used it for cleaning bathroom ceramic floor tile and am very pleased with the results. Directions are clear and the unit is easy-to-use.

OMG EXCELLENT PRODUCT

I bought the steamer about a month ago after reading reviews and looking at the specs. I am so glad I did. This is a great steamer and I have used it in numerous places. My first tackle was the stove fan, it blasted and melted the gunk I have tried to clean for years. I did my bathroom shower and shower doors, Sparkling. This steamer is amazing

I bought this a month ago and I could not be happier. I have yet to find anything in my home that cannot be cleaned by this thing. This steamer makes deep cleaning so easy and so effortless. I'm so happy with the my purchase.

Excellent value & performance

I bought this steamer mainly for window tint removal- all of the different heads come in super handy for all different types and sizes of windows. It gives off plenty of steam/pressure for even the most stubborn film removals. My only con would be that I wish the water reservoir was a bit bigger to hold more water. Solid Purchase (aka gift)

I asked for this for Christmas and I am so happy that Santa delivered. It's a great at home steamer, but I've also used it to clean some things in the backyard. It holds a good amount of water, although I still haven't figured out why sometimes the "steam" runs out even though the water hasn't. Cleans well, has so many attachments. The ONLY thing I have to say (and the reason why it's not getting 5 stars) is that the GRIP is horrible. It's so uncomfortable it makes my hand hurt after a while. Ot...

Right out of the box this thing was put to work. The power of the steam cleaned the grout on my floors making them look brand new.

Good steamer

This is a good steamer. It puts out a lot of steam just like it should. Large capacity reservoir means you don’t have to stop and refill very often. The long hose is nice. Very sturdy and durable steamer.
