Ratings & Reviews for VIKIO 30 inch Ducted 300-CFM Recirculating Stainless steel Under Cabinet Range Hood

Face metal bened

Its front face was damaged (bended) when open up the box

Best purchase for the price!!

We were pleasantly surprised by this range hood! The stainless steel finish is high quality, it was easy to install, and it works really well. The fan motor is quiet yet powerful — we’re so glad we chose this one instead of a more expensive model. We checked out other range hoods at our local Lowe’s, but most were much louder. This one feels like a great value for the price — we absolutely love it!

Brand new Stainless Steel Range Hood for Kitchen

I recently bought this stainless steel range hood to replace my old one, and I’m really happy with it. It looks super sleek and modern—definitely makes my kitchen feel upgraded. I’ve never installed a range hood before, but this one was surprisingly easy to put up. The instructions were clear, and the whole process went pretty smoothly. It runs quietly, works great, and honestly, for the price, it’s a fantastic buy. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for something that looks good and ...

Easy to install and goog quality

It is very light, easy to transport and easy to install. The look is sleek. And price is affordable.

Not a good product

It was very wimpy

Look at the finish of it!

Just look at the finishing of this thing. It is still waiting its turn to be installed but I am most excited about this range for fried food smoke. This comes highly recommended with powerful fans and light.

Kitchen vent

Great look and really quiet kitchen vent extractor really sleek modern look. Was able to replace old non working vent Easy process to install instructions were very clear and detail. Was able to do diy

Great vent, but,...

Love the look of this vent. Much more sleek than my old commercial build vent. Everything for install, came with it. Instructions were pretty easy to follow. The LED light is not as bright as I would like. I attempt to use that light to cook with. The fan did come bent, so I cannot operate it. I am currently troubleshooting that. This is my only reason for the 4 star rating. The motor sounds great and I think its pretty quiet. It does not come with tubing to actually vent the air from the stove....

Stylish and simple

The VIKIO HOME Kitchen Hood is a practical addition to any home kitchen. With its sleek 30-inch stainless steel design, it fits comfortably under most cabinets, offering both style and functionality. The hood features a convertible ventilation system, allowing you to choose between ducted or ductless installation, which is great for flexibility depending on your kitchen setup. It operates with a 2-speed fan and provides an efficient 300 CFM airflow, effectively clearing smoke and odors during co...

Kitchen improvement

I replaced an existing range hood that was approximately 25 years old. The old range hood was slightly larger in height but the new hood fit perfectly and is much nicer and efficient. The installation was pretty simple and only took minutes. We are very pleased with new upgraded look and would recommend this for kitchen improvements.

Nice quality vent with recirculating option

The Vikio ducted/ recirculating kitchen vent can move 300 CFM’s of air which is perfect for a smaller appliance we have in our upstairs apartment. The unit is well made and a low price point which is a good value for the cost. Installation is straight forward and having the recirculating option is a bonus to eliminate the need for ducting to be installed.

Budget friendly but not stylish

Great for budget friendly upgrades or renovation projects. It is lightweight and easily installs under cabinets. It did not come with user friendly instructions. It comes for hardwire installation only, and you will need to find and wire a plug if needed. It also does not come with ventilation tubing. In my project home, which is over 50 years old, the ventilation is not flexible or removable and I could not align the vent hood with the already installed venting. The hood comes with a removable ...

beautiful and elegant fitting well into my space

This was an easy install, the light was bright, and fan was really strong. It fit into the spot extremely well and it made my kitchen look upgraded and refreshed with the stainless steel.

Fantastic Price with BIG FAN FOR NO SMELLS!

This is an GREAT Stove Fan with a 300 CFM fan in it!! You have to look at Fan suction as when your cooking YOU WANT all your fumes to get sucked up vent and not stink up house!

Excellent quality, sleek design

I recently installed the Vikio 30-inch overhead fan above my stove, and I’m thoroughly impressed by its performance and design. This fan combines exceptional functionality, sleek aesthetics, and overall efficiency, making it a great addition to my kitchen. Pros: • Effective Ventilation: The Vikio fan quickly removes steam, smoke, and odors from my kitchen. Whether I’m frying or simmering, the fan clears the air fast, leaving the kitchen feeling fresh. • Quiet Operation: Despite its powerful suct...

Nice clean fan

Great price-point and clean appearance. Measurements were correct it is a breeze to install. Fan works great and is not too loud. Controls are easy to use. The only downside is I used the rear wiring and the hole did not fit a 3/4” strain relief so I enlarged it to work

Beautiful range hood

This range hood Is very lightweight and sleek. It is very high-end look to it for an affordable fries. Literally could be lifted with one hand, which is nice because you don’t have a lot of weight to put on your wall. The stainless steel color is very nice. It comes to very well packaged and with good instructions. It is very quiet and I like that the buttons are very straightforward and accessible on top of the hood. It has a nice size filter and fan. That seems pretty heavy duty overall is ve...

Easy install of hood range with light

This hood range is great in quality looks remarkable as well. It was an upgrade in my kitchen which had the original hood. It comes with everything you need to install. Fairly easy with and extra set of hands to help hold it. Took me about an hour from start to finish. My friends loved the way it looks as well as I. I’d highly recommend this product for any remodel and anyone just looking for an upgrade. Great suction on fan and wonderful lighting.

VIKIO Home Kitchen Hood

Comes in a nice box, light weight and well protected with foam inside. Doesn’t come with wiring instructions for the do it yourself person. Does not come with a cover to hide wires for hood. Fan is making a clicking noise on high speed setting.
