Install is a nightmare; every kit comes different and they're not consistent. The holes for the balusters in the bottom rail are sometimes oval in some kits and in others they're round? Everything is beyond flimsy. The kit is entirely too expensive and Trex used the cheapest possible material. Literally not worth it.

What Is Going On
I have been trying to build a simple deck on the back of my home for months. The Arnold store sent me to buy some of my items at their Festus store but when I arrived they said they did not have it. The next day I received word that they did so I made another 60 mile round trip to pick up some of my order while I have been waiting for months to receive the other items. I was told by the dept mgr that this was a popular item of their stock but they just can't seem to get my parts in.
