What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this drill bit for cutting through concrete and brick with ease, particularly for Tapcon screws and anchor installations. Most report excellent durability and sustained sharpness, especially when paired with a hammer drill. Many highlight its superior performance compared to competing brands and its ability to drill multiple holes cleanly without overheating. Some customers experienced premature dulling after just a few holes or occasional bending, typically when using standard drills or drilling into exceptionally hard concrete. Good for one hole.
Would Not RecommendThe bit only drilled one hole before it was so dull it wouldn’t drill the second hole.

Harbor freight out performed
Would Not RecommendCrap for a $15 but. The brand I got at HF did twice the work and still going strong.
Good for concrete drilling
Would RecommendWe needed to drill concrete for anchors, the bit did the job with no problems.

Useless
Would Not RecommendOnly drilled about 4 holes in brick then got dull and would not work anymore. For the price it should last longer

Better Drill Bit
Would Not RecommendI have tried Bosch masonry bits and they work poorly in concrete when compared to TapCon bits. The flutes on the Bosch bits are finer and don’t clear the concrete dust from the hole causing the bit to overheat, dull, and quickly stop cutting.

Keep it cool.
Would RecommendWe used 2 of these for anchoring treated wood into my basement floor. 1 got hot a little fast and smoothed after like 8 holes. The other though cut over 200 holes without an issue.
