Took Out a Rusted Bolt Like a Champ!

Had a couple of rusted bolts stuck on my old grill and nothing else worked—until I tried this SpeedOut bolt remover. Super easy to use and surprisingly strong for its size. Just drill in, reverse it, and the bolt comes right out. The set feels solid, fits nicely in my drill, and the case keeps everything together. Not a tool I use every day, but when you’re stuck, it’s a total lifesaver. Great buy for any DIY toolbox!

Useful, and functional, but a couple mis-steps

Worked pretty well on the first try. Granted, I primed the conditions by cutting off the screw head and hitting it with a punch. It was a 1/4" screw as can be seen in the photo, so I used the smallest one. It had no problem drilling down into the metal quickly. I ran out of patience waiting to drill down far enough for the applicable threads to reach so I screwed it down and it came out easily, even using a fast speed. A must have for any handyman

I am prone to strip bolts and screws. Two bits broke

There are four extractor bits in the set set designed to be used on 1/4", 5\16", 3\8", and 1\2" bolts. To use the bit, you are to drill a hole in the broken bolt with the extractor drill head, which drills in reverse. The speed out damaged screw extrators did not do well it did grind out the top screw but provided little traction to remove the screw very disappointing looked like a nice sett and case

Cool design!

These were cool in that you don't have to turn your bit over. The extractor will adjust down once you have your hole deep enough. Which will be a tall order for quality screws with the bit. One day the bits will be cobalt or black oxide, but not today. Overall, it is the best quality bolt extractor I've ever used. I've still been unable to do so successfully, though I'll admit that it is likely user error.

Easy out tool

This set of bids works extremely well for medium size sized bolts, and nuts that are stripped. I was able to use it on a half inch Bolt that had a broken screw. They easily screw into the chuck on a driver drill, And build of a quality material that will last for multiple use uses the conveniently store in an include included carrying case and storage case

I had high hopes

I had high hopes for this product, a drill bit and extractor all in one. When I received this extractor kit I went to work trying it out. My first try I drove an 1 1/2 inch long 7/16 lag bolt into a 2x4 stud. I worked in and out so it wasn't too tight. I was surprised that the drill bit actually started cutting pretty good and then it grabbed and started removing the bolt. So I tried the real test and repeated the process but with just driving the bolt in nice and tight. I started drilling again...

Didn’t realize how handy this tool was until I got it. You need to make sure to follow the steps to get the best results. Case is nice but rather cheap so it won’t hold up

My experience with speed out pro bolt extractor. This is what I would call a 50/50 tool meaning that you may or may not need it depending on the tools on hand. I do a lot of metal art and need to pull apart this old pully, and I had a frozen bolt so I figured I would give it a shot.
