Works well on fasteners that are just stripped

I was able to successfully remove a set screw from a post. It was an 8-33 screw that the head had been stripped due to trying to repeatedly tighten. The largest extractor was used and using just the drilling end, it backed the screw right out, but the screw did not have much resistance. Worked like a charm

I was very courteous and even a bit sceptical when I received this extractor set so I immediately wanted to try it out. I found a small flat head screw and using my driver I screwed it into a piece of wood until it was tight and continue to drive it until the head stripped out. Reversing my driver I confirmed that I was unable to remove the screw with my driver. Ultimate Extractor

This worked perfectly for extracting an unusual triangle shaped screw head. I followed the directions as specified and it was able to extract the oddly shaped screw perfectly. Definitely recommend this overall.

Really good micro striped screws extractor I like

I used these micro striped screws extractor to remove some screws that were stripped and broken that were holding my flagpole and they were very easy to use and to remove the screws I really like it that now I can put new screws to hold my flagpole as you can see in the pictures below

Works like it's supposed to

I stripped the head of a screw and tried this. It worked as advertized. In my case the screw came out while I was drilling without needing to turn it around and use the extraction end. I run into a stripped screw every so often and this will be a great help.

Never fear a stripped screw--so easy to remove

Works excellent and extremely easy to use. Just remember to play your Uno Reverse card with everything in reverse, for both drillout and removal. Put a shank in that can match the screw insert area--in REVERSE use the drill out side clean the stripped area, applying low speed and inward pressure. Once cleaned out by 1/16", flip the drill bit to the more conal looking side and again in REVERSE and low speed, apply inward pressure and out pops your stripped screw!

Precise

This wonderful micro screw extraction set it absolutely amazing. Very well made one thing to make sure when your using this extractor is to use it in reverse. Most people don’t look at the instructions and claim they don’t work like they are supposed to. That’s simply not true they work amazingly great. Definitely a must have in your garage or tool bag.

Great for small screws

This set of micro screw extractors is fantastic for small screws. The cutting blades are sharp and the threaded extractor holds well in he screw to remove it. I included pictures with my fingernail for scale, as you can see these work for very small screws.

Easy out screw extractor micro screws

Easy out for small screws. Double ended 2 in one set. Easy to use. Drill out the damaged screw and then extract the damaged screw with the reversed cut end to remove the screw. Works great.

Not a tool that you need all the time but when

These Speedout pro screw extractors are a must for the toolbox. The micro extractor is for those little ones the strip out usually made from soft metals like brass, copper, aluminum or soft cheap steel that gets overtighten. Think about flashlights, remotes and holiday electronics that you take out screws in and out over time. Easy to use and effective!

These stripped screw removers are great. the variety of sizes helps when I'm working on these old wood projects. I've never used extractors before and these made it easy.

Speed Out Pro (3-6 mm)

For the purpose of demonstration I put 4 screws into a piece of wood and stripped out the head of the screw and the used the extractor to try and remove the screws. This was for the 3-6 mm extractor. I was able to remove the screw using the end you are suppose to drill out the head of the screw with. When you flip the bit over to the thread tip that you use to extract the screw with, it just drills into the head of the screw. I was able to extract the screw with the other end of the bit.

These were a pleasant surprise I have not had to good of luck extracting small screws that were stripped and buried below the surface, these worked well

Great for small screws, but need improvements

This was very exciting to try. Always seem to strip small screws like in my glasses. And thought it might be worth trying on removing finishing nails. (Worked! But not great). Used with power drill and hand drill, recommend using a hand drill to prevent over drilling. Or lowest setting on power. Using the smallest bit remover, the cutting side worked, but the extraction side didn’t. Investing found that the extraction threads were only partially cut in to the tool. Screw Extractor

Steel Double-Ended 2-in Screw extractor set is very nice to have when you need to get a broken screw out. I like having these because they are very durable and work great.

Great extractor for med size bolts

Used both the smaller extractors and these bigger size ones. Worked perfectly and on one, it extracted when the bit first went in to drill ( remember, set your drill to counter clockwise when drilling) overall the work better on large screws an med to large bolts. Would recommend.
