My experience with Sharp is that the products are

It's a microwave ... what can you say. It does everything it is supposed to do and does it well. It's superior for thawing and has very good power selection. I have had a Sharp in the office for over 10 years. No other brand has lasted more than 5 years at home. The last one, an LG, lasted 26 days and you had to push 5 buttons to get 1 minute of cook time. The Sharp is 1 button ... as it should be.

We've had it about 2 weeks and so far we are satisfied with performance. Although the keypad isn't backlit, the lettering/contrast is fairly easy to read. LED bright interior lighting. Noise is about average for all the microwaves we've owned. Heats well with 30 second additions by pressing the Start button. CON: when running, this microwave interferes with the internet accessibility of nearby (10-12 ft distant) devices. There should be much better shielding for this device so that this doesn't...

I love the size of the Sharp Microwave and the quality. Microwave works great I haven’t had any issues everything works perfectly I would recommend this brand to family and friends.This product is very easy to use.

This has been a great small microwave for us. The no frills simplicity and convenient features is just what our family was looking for. We really just use it to warm up leftovers, pop some occasional popcorn and heat up misc other small items.

A very small interior - will not fit a 9x13 pan. Defrost is erratic - sometimes melts the butter and sometimes it's still hard. Does not have a reminder "beep" after the initial end of cycle beeps. Odd programming - which cycle needs a 0 before and which one doesn't
