It's a great microwave!
We love everything about this microwave. A new feature is the door auto lock when the microwave is in use. At first I wasn't so sure about it, but after using the microwave my husband and I really like this new feature. We cannot say a bad thing about it or Lowe's service. Thank you.

I think the design, build and aesthetics of this microwave oven are outstanding, from its use of chrome where competing models use plastic, to the user interface which is slightly better than on the 15+ year-old unit we bought it to replace. The curved handle is a very nice touch, too. We picked it with assistance from store personnel, who gave us crucial information about the unit, because there was no floor model to inspect, just two boxes. It is a bit smaller
The Sharp ratings were consistently better than all the others that size. It is a little smaller requiring me to reconfigure the cabinet but it works as desired.
