I must’ve read 200 reviews about different microwaves. This model has traditional features. In reading reviews from some of the jazzed up microwaves of different manufacturers, I decided to go with this more basic, practical, straightforward model. Some of the newer models with pressure sensitive, touchpads tended to be impossible for purchasers to read without using a flashlight and often having to punch each number they wanted three times before the touchpad registered their request. cabinet installation

I had a 2.2 cubic feet KitchenAid microwave. I was able to install this Sharp microwave and the good thing is I could use my old trim kit with no modifications to the trim kit or cabinet

Excellent countertop microwave

We love this microwave! It's a bit bulky/large, but fits well on our countertop. We especially love the handle - it opens and closes easily and smoothly. It has a quiet feature, which is lovely. We wish we would have purchased two when they were on sale, as it has risen in price considerably since we purchased it. Highly recommend this Sharp microwave!

Good solid microwave

Great for heating and reheating food. Relatively easy to use but I don't really like the feature where you just can't push the time you want and hit start. You have to hit time cook, then the tme, then start. The numbers on the panel are pre-set for minutes. I don't like it where the machine is trying to think for me. Still, overall a very nice microwave.

Just moved into a new house and needed a microwave, found this one and bought it. I've used it for just about anything I've needed to cook. Nice big numbers for my old eyes and the stainless finish makes it look great.
