Touch control does not work properly
The touch control on the front does not work properly: A lot of them don’t work at all a few of them work after you touch them many times. I plan to take it back as soon as I get someone over to lift it and carry it to my car and into the store. I have to have heart bypass next month and I am not allowed to lift anything.

Would Not RecommendHad this microwave for 4 months. It is cheaply made and the cheap plastic hook that closes the door snapped off rendering it useless. I called Sharp and it wasn’t covered under their warranty. And of course past the 30 days Lowes return window. Get what you pay for!!

touch buttons not working after a year and a half
Would Not RecommendI have not had any automatically turning on issues like most of the recent reviews but this has only been used about a total of 2 hours over a year and a half. Almost always it's use for 35 seconds each time. The 3 button stopped working about 4 days ago and today the stop/start button stopped working. But I did not expect longevity in a $99 microwave. I've seen $600 plus for a top of the line Whirlpool one that barely lasted 3 years with the same amount of use.
