No Ice

This fridge has been a huge disappointment. Barely made ice, then stopped. Had it “fixed” under warranty. We were told it probably was a factory defect. Now that it is 2 months out of warranty, it has the exact same issue, the coolant is leaking again, not maintaining freezer temps, so it cannot make ice. Samsung tried to tell us it has been left open. The seal is fine. If it was left open, it would eventually freeze again, but cannot get colder than 17 degrees. It says it is -2, until you reset...

SIZE MATTERS

You have to be very creative with Starring things on the shelves However good space on the door shelves The freezer is probably the most frustrating to do with small space

The auto-open door feature is fantastic, especially when my hands are full. Having the ice maker and storage located in the freezer section at the bottom is also really practical. Overall, it's a great appliance!

Big smart Samsung Tizen refrigerator
