Excellent quality, quiet & competent performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher had been the perfect replacement. It cleans everything and leaves no residue. It's quiet and unintrusive while in the kitchen. It opens at the end of the cycle to assist in fast drying. The integrated handle is curved with no pieces that stick out to catch clothes or run into. I've had this dishwasher a year and it hasn't failed me yet. Small loads, heavy loads, skillets, it's handled it all!

Super quiet and clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From day one I have enjoyed our dishwasher. No longer do we have to hear the dishwasher while in the living room. Even in the kitchen I have to double check that it is running because it is so quiet. We never have to worry about there being any dirty dishes after washing them in our Samsung dishwasher. I would give it a higher rating, but it only allows five stars.

Smart but Stupid and poor quality

Installed it myself. Wouldn't turn on. Contacted a samsung repair man. Apparently needed a new control board right out of the box. And from what I gather, it depends on the opening of the door to dry. Which it opens but means everything is wet. Plan on moving dishes to a drying rack.

Coffee Cup Mayham

As much as I like this dishwasher, the one major complaint I have is that the rack for glasses and coffee mugs stinks. Everyone buys fancy coffee mugs these days, but the only type of mugs that fits in the allocated spaces are your basic shaped mugs, nothing wider than that fits properly, which in turn causes the mugs to take up extra space and not as many fit in in one washing. I really wish the designers of dishwashers would consider all the novelty mugs when they are thinking about the rack s...

The Worst Purchase Ever

Within a month of buying, the auto release soft open stopped working and our door slams open to the floor. Now the door doesn’t even latch completely. Dishes are never dry either.

Dishwasher works well. But it has a 4 in dent on the front. The dent is not deep but is very noticeable.

Not impressed

Have been using for 2 months now. Very quiet. Not impressed with its cleaning of dishes. Almost nothing in the top (3rd) rack gets completely clean. Plates and glasses get mostly clean. Will not clean pots and pans even using the Storm setting.

Samsung dishwasher

Delivered and installed 7/20/26. 1st day at the washing job and failed miserably leaving us with water damaged cabinets. Decided to give it a 2nd chance today 7/22/26, luckily we were prepared with a wet bac. The units spews soapy water from the edge of the door. Called and set up a repair visit. In the meantime, our confidence in the brand sank to zero after having another mishap with a refrigerator the same brand a week ago.

This dishwasher does not have a drying cycle. Popping the door open is not a dry cycle. No matter what setting I used for the rinse aid, my dishes were all completely soaked. My dishes ended up drying faster if I just hand washed them. Returned.

Reliable, does what it needs to do and well.

Very aesthetically pleasing product, reliable and I’m glad I made this purchase. The product looks great in my new modern kitchen.
