Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher! It does a great job cleaning. The capacity is awesome as it has a third rack for items that are flat and hard to fit in the racks below. It has a feature where the door opens automatically after the cycle to help dry the dishes better. I hardly know it's running because it so quiet. I definitely recommend.

I really like it.

It works just like it is supposed to do, When I learned to start it before I shut it. We use Cascade Power dry in the bin and use Cascade pods to clean the dishes.

Looks good and is quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is exceptionally quiet during operation. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the drying is not 100%, some items still have water but that's not a big issue. The 3rd rack is great for silverware but it can eat up some space from the other racks if you are coming from a 2 rack dishwasher. Overall, it's done a great job and matches with the rest of my Bespoke appliances

Good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my dishwasher for over a year now and the only complaint I have is that the door handle has a crack in it. Besides that the dishwasher cleanse my dishes perfectly. It is very quiet as well. It also dries my dishes well. The reliability of this dishwasher is great, I use it every day.

Best Dishwasher I've Ever Owned

This is by far the best dishwasher we have ever owned. Dishes come out sparkling clean every single time, and the door popping open to facilitate complete drying means no more damp dishes! We have a rental unit that also has a brand new Samsung, but a cheaper model, and although it cleans really well, the cheaper unit doesn't have the door opening feature, so the dishes are always damp, even when using Heated Dry. The Bespoke model is FAR, FAR superior!

Cleans well and very quiet. I like that it opens up to dry as well. No issues so far and very easy to use.

Fantastic!!!

Extremely quiet and opens automatically for the final 5 minutes. Third rack on the top for serving utensils is very helpful and creates more space. Cleans and dries very well.

Do Not BuySamsung DW80CG5451SRAA Dishwasher

Do not buy this product. The Samsung DW80CG5451SRAA dishwasher comes with a missing connector (DD97-00573A), which is required for installation. I contacted Lowe’s, but they refused to help because more than 48 hours had passed since delivery. I contacted Samsung multiple times, and every representative gave a different answer with no real solution. The connector is discontinued, unavailable online, and Samsung does not provide any replacement. It makes no sense that Samsung still sells a dishwa...

Horrible Design

And you can't return it. Bought this dishwasher, used it twice. Both times it has opened to dry and flooded my kitchen. There is no option to keep the door closed to dry. Wish I had known that before purchasing. Now I have a $500 dishwasher that I cannot use.

do not buy samsung appliance

my disheasher they comming out for the 3rd time to fix it in 7 months same isdue doesnt drain..they wont give me my money back it doesnt quakify as faulty not fixeable. im not happy oh now my microwave acting up and lowes wont help me.

The Pros & Cons

Pro: Smooth uniform look with buttons on top of door. Super quiet. Cleans dishes well and we have not had drying issues like other reviews mention. We do use rinse aid and usually run in the evening, so dishes are dry in the morning. Cons: This dishwasher always stinks like gross food funk. We still scrape/rinse dishes before loading but I have pulled the food trap, no problems there. I have wiped down the inside since there does always seem to be a haze even when "clean", but as soon as it is ...

Tory Really Does a Valuable Service

I came in on Tuesday due to a dishwasher failure, requiring a replacement. Tory was there and stepped me through many options to assist in deciding the correct product. After review, I chose a med range Samsung. she did an unbelievable job in attempting to get the dishwasher delivered asap. I did ask for her manager and his name, but I failed to document.
