I have had this dishwasher for almost 4 years now and it’s truly the worst. Doesn’t clean anything. Parts started to break off immediately when we moved in. I’m buying Bosch

Dishwasher Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new dishwasher, dishes come out bright clean with NO spots. Quietest dishwasher we have every had. Love the reliability delayed starting.

Delivery mixup-

Rather than deliver to residence, why cant it be delivered to the local Lowes store and have the installers come with the delivery to the residences. I ordered on line and failed to uncle payment for installation. This is not good customer service. They tried to deliver twice and I refused to have an uninstalled dishwasher sitting in my kitchen or on my deck. My husband and I are elderly and this process should have been more user-friendly.

Broke a few months after purchasing.

My husband and I chose to get this dish washer because we have a Samsung washer and dryer that we really love. Within a few months the dishwasher gave us an error message and wouldn't drain. We didn't use the dishwasher for like two weeks and the situation resolved itself or so we thought. We got the same error message again a month later and the dishwasher wouldn't drain. gray is not white

I ordered a white dishwasher and this one was listed online as white but it is gray. I had to wait for weeks because white had to be ordered specially, stainless steel being available much sooner. Now I have to decide if it is worth the nuisance of doing it all over again.

Nice dishwasher

Nice dishwasher for the money. Cleans the dishes well and i can't believe how quiet it is! Install was fairly easy,once I realized that the water inlet connector was different from the old one. A trip to the hardware store to get the right one and I had it installed and operating. Only thing i wish was different is the bottom shelf, I wish the prongs were movable like my old one. Used Dishwasher

Feedback ok - here you go Picked up Order #300902224263830719 - Edinburg Texas Store…took dishwasher home…only to discover what was supposed to be a brand new Samsung dishwasher - was filled with water, missing parts of insulation missing internal parts and missing the owners manual…I was sold a returned used dishwasher passed of as a new one…The dishonesty over this transaction is shameful…Lowes should be embarrassed…now at 70 years of age I have to figure out a way to take this piece of crap ...

Missing parts and customer

This is horrible experience, missing parts for water outlets, I gave all the information to associates Emerson, he wasn’t help me locate the order. I asked for manager, he is not able to transfer. I gave the associate all the information, he has an attitude and gave hard time

Failure

I do not recommend this or any of the other Samsung appliances we purchased (refrigerator). Discharge pump broke, failed after only 18 months. Warranty was only for 1 year. Samsung replacement pump was not available at time of failure and would be back ordered, no time given as to how long it would take Samsung to deliver it. Replacement pump and installation was going to be approximately $500.00. Ordered a Bosch dishwasher to replace the Samsung dishwasher.

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher looks great & works great. The noise level is extremely low & it truly is fingerprint proof. It matches our kitchen & other appliances perfectly. Because we put our flat wear on the third rack, there's more room on the bottom rack for dishes.

We Enjoy the Performance of our Samsung dishwasher
