Incorrect Specs

My old Samsung dishwasher died so we replaced with this one. The washer itself is great so far. My disappointment is in the fact that in the specs I read, It said the bottom rack had folding tines but in fact does not. My old one did and that was the selling point on why I picked this one. I’m surprised Samsung would not deliver what was in the specs.

Replaced our original model that lasted us 27 years. This dishwasher was simple to install and easy to use. The third rack is great to help spread out the dishes to ensure all are getting cleaned. Hard to tell its running due to it being so quiet. I had to double check a couple of times as we were so used to the older model being so much louder.

Easy to operate well made machine. It is much deeper than the machine that was removed, and the front door does not allow the cupboard opposite to open. The strain relief on the accompanying installation kit doe not fit. The installation instructions are poor and confusing, and the online vide childish. The "required" installation step does not work and is no longer required. Given my time again I would have opted for the installation option and not to have wasted so much time. It was a real s...

Issues with the racks rusting

Would Not Recommend

Had the dishwasher for only three years. The racks have started to rust and fall apart. Reached out to support and since the warranty is only 1 year the only option is to replace the racks. I would have suspected the racks to last longer. Especially since don't use it that often.
