What Customers Are Saying
The veneer edging product appears to be an effective and easy-to-use solution for covering plywood edges. Customers report that it is simple to apply using an iron, adheres well, and can be easily trimmed and stained to match the plywood, giving a professional, finished look. The key benefits include strong adhesion, the ability to stain and finish the edging, and the transformation of plywood to look like solid wood. While a few customers had issues with adhesion or the roll being stuck together, the overall sentiment is very positive.

Would RecommendGood quality, clear grain. Goes on easy. I've heard and seen others use this so many times, but this was my first and it went well. Just gotta be sure you cut it a little long-- it seemed to shrink a little as I was ironing it.

Still works well
Would RecommendI’ve been using this identical product for at least forty years. It’s the same though packaging is different and price is higher. Works easily by cutting to size and ironing on with my wife’s iron with a piece of Aluminum foil to prevent the adhesive from sticking to the iron. It seems to be like a hot glue. I’m really happy that Lowe’s still carries this same product.

Wrong length, 16 ft instead of 25 ft
Would Not RecommendI bought 6 packages of this item and one of them came with 16 ft instead of 25 ft. I had to buy another one because of this issue.

That you will need something hot to apply this pro

Worked well until I painted it.
Would RecommendWent on easily. Used a crafting embossing gun to apply it. Went on 90% of the way with one pass of heat. Had to touch up spots a second time. So far so good. After applying primer, it warped slightly and wasn’t as smooth as when I first applied it. The heat gun glued it again, but had to use stronger adhesive in some places. Different parts warped when I painted. Definitely would use again for an unpainted project. Would prime and paint before applying it to a painted project, but still unsure ...

Very good product
Would RecommendI have used several rolls of this edge banding and have never been disappointed. The glue melts consistently and easily and has never loosened up, even after several years (so far). When using it with birch plywood, it stains well to the same color as the plywood. I usually use a router to put a very slight 45-degree champher on the edge, and you can't tell it is not a piece of solid wood.

Really good product.
Would RecommendI found this to be a decent quality banding. I've yet to run into any adhesive issues with this, unlike some other brands.

Seems good- didn’t use though
Would RecommendI ended up not needing this for my project but I was going to use it to cover the edges of plywood to make them look nicer.
