Really works

I have a plywood project where I wanted to cover the exposed plywood edges with a veneer. The 2 rolls that I opened were of consistent quality. No areas where the glue was missing. I used the household iron and covered it in aluminum foil and that worked out really well. I set the iron to heat for cotton. NO spray so turn that off. I used the wood handle of my rubber mallet to press the hot glue to the plywood instead of plunking down more dollars for a roller to do the same job.

This stuff is great!

I barely had to trim it, but when I did, it didn't go super smoothly (get a good quality trimmer or method before messing up a piece). The color and grain look amazing and really step up the look of plywood builds.

6 inch dimensions where??

.75"x6"x25'. I expected the width to be 6 inches but it's 3/4" x 25'. Dimensions are misleading.

Perfect Banding

This is exactly what I needed to cover up the raw edge of my plywood cabinets. I haven’t painted them yet but the idea is this matches the surface texture so that the sheen matches the sides/doors.

Easy to use

I purchased several rolls to edge band a plywood shelf I was building at the time. They were very user friendly and primed and painted just like the rest of the wood.

The veneer worked well. I used aluminum foil to protect burning/scorching the veneer. It was firmly attached to the edge of my project.

When right on with a iron had a little glue bleed through but good product

Works well but watch out for splits

Veneer does a very good job on plywood to eliminate the telltale laminations on the edges. I found that I had to press very firmly with a very hot dry iron to get a good consistent seal. What surprised me was encountering sections of veneer that were delaminates on the roll which resulted in enough waste on my job that I needed a second roll.

Just the thing I needed to complete my project.

This edge veneer was used on 1/2” plywood end grain. Using a hot clothes iron melted the glue backing adhering the veneer to the plywood. Overlap was trimmed easily with a utility knife. The veneer shows no signs of delamination. This edging was stained with a good maple color stain and took the stain well coloring it to match kitchen cabinets just right. I have no complaints with this products.

Works great. Iron on stong glue stayed on even after staining.

I've never used this stuff before but wish I had, makes plywood look like hardwood, easy to put on with an iron

Finished my project and I am extremely happy with the results as is my wife which is important. Easy to use. Couldn't be any simpler to apply.

Veneer Edging Works Great!

Veneer edging adheres very well and sands nicely. Once finished the plywood panel looks like a solid piece of wood.
