Product was fine. Agent at counter talked me into renting Lowes truck for 90 minutes. Waited until product was loaded and she had my debit card in hand to tell me there was a $200;deposit that would be released in return of truck. Four days later hold has not been released and I've been charged $72 in bank fees. I'm furious and will file BBB complaint today. Thanks for nothing, Lowes.

Would Not RecommendI had ordered 20 of these R-38s. The delivery guy delivered only 12. It’s been 5 days since filing a complaint with Lowe’s. My money is still stuck with Lowe’s. Unfortunately, Lowe’s do not want to reply to my calls or complaints. Every time I call Lowe’s 1-800 number, they say “we have contacted the local store ant Hicksville NY and the local store will call you back.” Seems like the 1-800 support guys are just pass-by. Very easy to handle
Would RecommendGreat insulation. The 4 foot batt is easy to handle for one person. It is not much debris that comes from it, as roll insulation is. Light weight for over head ceilings. I was pleased with the product. Price was a bit high, but hey, want isn't these days.
