Lowes Failure

Buyer beware on ordering from Lowes Website. They have preauthorized multiple charges to my insulation order amounting to over $10,000 pending in our business account. No one at store level, management level, Lowes.com, or the customer service number can fix it, and all blame it on my bank. The bank now has their legal team involved.
